‘The intention is to create a place of complexity and variety; a compact and intense place within the Skolkovo landscape where people can interact and enjoy different aspects to suit their changing moods and needs throughout the seasons. We hope to provide a place of longevity. A unique village which can instil pride, and sustain generations of inhabitants in the years to come.’
